Hello,
I just returned from Orlando after a week at Disney World where I used one of your scooters. I have to tell you that having that scooter made all the difference between what turned out to be a totally enjoyable trip and what could have been a miserable trip because of my foot problem. The scooter was easy to operate, it fit nearly everywhere I needed it to go, the battery charge held up well…no problems whatsoever. I really liked being able to adjust the speed. By having that feature, I was able to keep up with however fast or slow my family was walking. I will definitely be contacting you folks again when I go to the Orlando area!

Overall, we were very happy. The driver that delivered the scooter, I believe his name is Paul, was VERY helpful. He made sure I understood everything and took his time to explain everything ....... great job !!

Hi,
I meant to write earlier. I rented one of your ECV's in November (Thanksgiving week) and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. Although my my .hotel could not locate the scooter on the day I arrived, it was Disney World's fault and your staff couldn't haven't been more pleasant in resolving this matter. I found out it was delivered as promised early the morning of my arrival. I'd be happy to give you a reference anytime someone is interested in renting your ECV's. I was asked often where I rented it and I was happy to give your name to many who passed my way and complimented me on the shiny red scooter. The vehicle itself was trim, compact and easy to operate. My only suggestion would be for you to supply business cards that could be passed out to those interested and, because I am an avid shopper, a bigger basket size availabililty for those who want it. I also didn't bring any instructions as far as breaking it down when needing to store it in a trunk so it would have been nice to have that included in the packet I received with the vehicle. I enjoyed driving it, it was very easy to get on and off the WDW buses, much more than some of your competitors equipment and definitely better than the WDW ecv's in the parks. One gentleman commented that it took the least amount of time he had seen maneuvering it onto the shuttle buses.

We just returned after a 9 day trip to WDW with my 85 year old mother. She couldn't have made it without your scooter - it was a perfect size for her and quite comfortable.
